Payment & security

This page explains exactly how money moves when you order from OmniVault, because “secure checkout” badges tell you nothing on their own.

How payment works here

  1. You place the order on this site. No card details are requested at this point.
  2. We confirm stock and email you a secure payment link, usually within one working day.
  3. You enter card details on the payment provider’s own hosted page, on their domain.
  4. The provider authorises the payment and sends us a tokenised confirmation — never your card number.

This means card data never touches our servers, and there is nothing for an attacker to steal from this site.

What we store

Stored by us Stored by the payment provider
Order reference, items, amounts Card number (tokenised)
Your name, email, delivery address Billing address
The provider’s transaction ID 3-D Secure result
— Fraud-scoring data

Transport security

This site is served over HTTPS with TLS 1.3 where your browser supports it. The connection is terminated at the edge and re-established to the origin; the certificate chain is valid and publicly logged.

Fraud and chargebacks

Orders that fail address verification, or that show mismatched billing and delivery countries, may be held for manual review. We will contact you at the email address on the order rather than cancel silently. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us before raising a chargeback — we resolve almost everything within a day.

Refund method

Refunds go back to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card or to a bank account.
