Privacy policy
We collect the minimum needed to ship an order and support the product afterwards. This page lists exactly what that is.
This policy applies to omniivault.shop and is issued by Shenzhen Shengchenghong Technology Co., Ltd., the data controller for this site.

What we do not collect
We do not store card numbers on this site. Payment is taken through a secure payment link sent by email after your order is confirmed, and card data is entered on the payment provider’s own hosted page. We never see or store the full card number, CVV or expiry date.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of functional cookies and local storage entries: a session cookie for the WordPress administration area, and a browser local-storage key that remembers your cart between visits. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required.
Who we share data with
- Carriers and logistics partners — name, address and phone, solely to deliver the parcel.
- Payment providers — the amount and order reference, to reconcile payment.
- Our hosting provider — server logs, under a data-processing agreement.
- Authorities — only where legally compelled, and only the data specified in the request.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
International transfers
Our order-processing systems are operated from China and our servers are located in the European Union. Where data moves between them we rely on standard contractual clauses. Data is encrypted in transit.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@omniivault.shop. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your national data-protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the new version here and note the date. Orders are governed by the policy in force on the date the order was placed.
