Overview
We hold stock in Shenzhen and test every unit before it is packed: full-load soak for two hours, then a PD negotiation check against three device types. Units that fail do not ship.
Materials & care
Keep the vents clear and avoid charging in direct sun. The unit is protected against over-voltage and over-temperature, but it is not waterproof. Wipe the casing with a dry cloth only.
Shipping & returns
Dispatched from Shenzhen, China within one working day. Free delivery over $45, otherwise a flat $6.90. You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. See the shipping and returns pages for the full terms.
